Pinot Gris Verjus Vintage 2026

Beautiful orchard fruit notes of early apple and pear with a hint of peach and a subtle citrus lift on the finish. This Verjus picked at 12 Brix post Veraison and later then traditional Verjus. It show a fantastic balance between acidity and developing sugars. Perfect over ice, with a bit of sparkling water or for cocktails. Made from certified organic grapes.
