What is verjus?
The word ‘verjus’ derives from the French term vert jus, meaning “green juice”. Picked early with a sugar content of only ten to twelve bricks, these unripe green grapes are then pressed and filtered to remove any yeast that could start fermentation.
Rooted in the rolling hills of California’s Santa Ynez Valley, Glasrose was born from a desire to create something intentional, beautiful, and alcohol-free. Made from our own vineyard’s grapes, this sparkling verjus is a celebration of simplicity, ritual, and the everyday.
